John Gallagher has an in-depth knowledge and expertise on the political system and government policy development and implementation, having previously worked with the Rainbow government (1994 -1997)and as european secretary for an MEP.

JGC operates on the basis of promoting the public good in all advocacy work. We develop individualised strategies that encourage positive dialogue between client and government. We seek solutions that take into account both the real needs of our clients and the people they represent as well as government policy and overall fiscal considerations.

Our approach is to work positively, constructively and effectively with government and the political system. We develop fact-based strategies to inform politicians and officials at Government, Oireachtas Committee and political party level - and with relevant bodies and organisations - on the policies, proposals and requirements of our clients.

Media Relations

JGC develops specific media strategies for clients beyond the traditional media release approach. Our work aims at both informing and supporting journalists and achieving media coverage where this is required. We work at both national and local media level.

Crisis Management

We work closely with individuals and organisations to assist them to fully identify and acknowledge all positive and negative factors around issues, to gain a better understanding, facilitate change and develop proactive responses.
